ABOUT Ally

I found my love for fitness and training back in university when I set myself the goal of stepping on stage for a bodybuilding competition—and I haven’t looked back since. Over the years, I’ve competed in five competitions and earning the title of Overall Bikini Champion in one. Competing taught me discipline, but it also showed me how strict and rigid that lifestyle can be. Now, I take a much more balanced approach—one that allows flexibility while still making progress—and it’s the same philosophy I bring to my coaching.

I’ve been coaching for almost a decade, and honestly, I can’t imagine my life without it. I’ve always been an athlete—first as a dancer, now as a competitor—and being part of the fitness world feels like home to me. I’m committed to always learning and growing so I can bring the best, most effective strategies to my clients.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Business from the University of Waterloo, and I’m a Certified Personal Training Specialist with additional certifications in PN1 Nutrition, Exercise Therapy Level 1 & 2, and as a Posing Coach.

What drives me is helping people find balance—yes, reaching their goals, but also making sure they can enjoy life along the way. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from beginners looking to get stronger or lose body fat, to athletes preparing for competition.

My approach is simple: no cookie-cutter plans. Every program I design is personalized to each client, built to fit their lifestyle, and focused on achieving results in a healthy, sustainable way.
